Employee Confidentiality, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement
This is an agreement between an Employer and an Employee. It aims to protect any of the Employer`s confidential information that may be disclosed to the Employee during the course of his/her employment. You also have the option of adding non-competition and/or non-solicitation provisions.

When to use it
Prior or during an Employee’s employment

Special notes
You have an option to add a:

  • Non-competition provision: by which the Employee cannot compete with the Employer in the Employer`s industry in a certain territory during and for a certain number of months after the Employment.
  • Non-solicitation provision: by which an Employee cannot solicit an employee, client or supplier of the Employer, employ a person employed by the Employer or induce individuals to alter their relationship with the Employer to the Employer`s detriment. This provision is applied during the Employee`s employment and for a certain number of months thereafter.
  • Provision for breach: whereby the Employer is entitled to a certain amount of money as damages for every day that the Employee breaches this Agreement.
