Employment Warning Notice
This employment warning notice form is a letter formally warning an employee that a certain conduct is unacceptable.
When to use it
- When an employee behaves in an unacceptable manner and the employer wishes to issue a formal warning
- After discussion of the conduct with the employee
Have the employee sign the notice in the provided place to acknowledge having received the notice. Place the notice in the employee’s file for future reference and documents the employee’s conduct. If the employee continues his/her conduct, use the Employee suspension form to suspend the employee for a certain number of days without pay.
